Fucking PS3 controllers

OK, I've got a really weird and f*cking annoying problem with a controller I bought a few weeks ago, worked fine up until now. Turned on the PS3 and all it does is navigate down. I mean like when the analog or d-pad jams to point downward, but there's no button or stick jamming. I reset the controller and restarted the system. Nada.

I'm pissed, because I can't even sign onto my PSN account because the f*cking thing's always NAVIGATING DOWN.

get a refund?

ur controller is just broken like the stick is just like that that happened to mine but it took 2 years to do that u must of been pressing to hard or sumthing

Definately bust, the permanent going down problem stopped but my Up d-pad, L1 and L2 buttons don't work.

clean? like from the inside wrath?

yeh like bottle of compressed air and a dry rag

how u do that?

use the compressed air to get all the gunk that could be stickin the pieces together or blocking the sensors which would be causing the problem, if you have the tools to take it apart you can clean it more thoroughly though theres a good chance you can ruin it too, though I'm pretty sure he doesnt care about that at this point.
