I'm not really sure if this is a report, but more of a general thing to say. Also wasn't sure if I should post it on his application or not. I just spoke to him and he said that the people he used to play with all the time made a clan so he's with them now. He said he's sorry and he'd still like to play with us from time to time, but essentially, he no longer wishes to be applying to be in the clan.
