This is the members poll section. This is where any member of the clan can come to make a poll about the clan for what you'd like to see or have happen. Other members will vote to agree or disagree with you. If the poll passes with a positive mark, then the Leaders will look at the recommendation, question, or problem and either give the topic a yes or a no. Polls should ask a certain question with one question per poll, also if you backed up your poll with specific information about why your feeling this way I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.
